This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used. We keep this plain and short on purpose.

Who we are

March4orth Design ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at projects.march4orthdesign.com and the blog at march4orthdesign.com. Contact: march4orthdesign@gmail.com

What we collect and why

Email address — When you submit the free download form, we collect your email address. We use it to deliver your download and send a short nurture sequence (3 emails) via MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Payment information — If you purchase a membership, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.

Account data — If you create a member account, we store your email and membership status via Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) on our WordPress server.

Usage data — We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use the site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region). No personally identifiable information is collected through GA4.

Advertising data — We use Google AdSense on some pages (blog, portfolio, resources). AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out via Google's ad settings.

Third-party services we use

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (GA4) and advertising (AdSense). Essential cookies may also be set by PMPro for membership sessions. By using this site you consent to these cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.

Data retention

We keep your email on our MailerLite list until you unsubscribe. Member account data is retained while your membership is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing march4orthdesign@gmail.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at march4orthdesign@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the site grows. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be noted here.
