March4orth Design ("we", "us", "our") operates projects.march4orthdesign.com and the blog at march4orthdesign.com. These terms apply to all pages, products, downloads, and content on these domains.
Free download
The free starter token CSS file ("the Starter Kit") is provided for personal and professional use. You may use it in client projects, personal work, and commercial products. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the Starter Kit as a standalone product.
Membership — The Design Stack
Purchasing a membership grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the design system files, templates, and resources included in the membership library ("Member Content") for your own personal and professional work.
You may:
- Use Member Content in client projects and commercial work
- Modify, adapt, and build on the files for your own use
- Reference and adapt code examples for your projects
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell Member Content or your login credentials
- Use Member Content to create a competing design system product or course
- Sub-license or transfer your membership to another person
Refund policy
Memberships are offered as lifetime access. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once member content has been accessed or downloaded. If you have a problem with your purchase, email march4orthdesign@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll work it out.
Intellectual property
All site content — including design, copy, code, illustrations, and Member Content — is owned by March4orth Design unless otherwise stated. The M4D brand, logo, and "The Design Stack" name are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Blog posts and educational content may be quoted or referenced with attribution and a link back to the source. Reproducing full articles without permission is not permitted.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your member account. Do not share your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at march4orthdesign@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that show evidence of credential sharing.
Disclaimer
This site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranty that the content is error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Design system decisions are context-dependent — use your judgment. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from applying techniques or files from this site to your work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
